This Experience Is All About The Birds

While packing for your Tropical North Queensland vacation you will want to be sure to pack your binoculars and camera. If you are looking to take full advantage of the natural habitat that you will be exploring you will want to be sure that you are prepared and these items are just want you need to prepare you properly.

The Tropical North Queensland region is one of the best destinations for bird watching. When staying in Daintree, Highlands or the Cairns Coast you will find that many of the balconies in their accommodations offer some of the greatest views of the greatest birds of the rainforest.

There are many lakes, parks and beaches, in additional to the wonderful rainforests in the Tropical North Queensland region. This makes the Tropical North Queensland on of the most populated locations for birds of various species. All of these places, plus the year round moderate temperatures, no matter when you visit you will be able to explores these birds as they stay in their habitat year round.

Birds such as the Channel Billed Cuckoo, Paradise Kingfisher and the Koel are more easily found between the months of October and April. If this is the time you choose to visit you will also be able to observe newborn birds hatching, and mother birds feeding and caring for their young. The months between October and April are breeding season for the birds, therefore opening up your bird watching experiences to new levels of excitement.

There is a lot to the Tropical North Queensland region. In addition to the fabulous bird watching there is also deep sea adventures, cultural settings and wonderful beaches. One of the best vacation you can ever take is to the Tropical North Queensland region.
