oh I have a very different rumaki (maybe? it's a Candadian thing) There are only waterchestnuts and bacon- never met anyone who didn't love it- cheers

I LOVE RUMAKI, but no one else in my house will touch a chicken liver, so it would not be good to make those, because I am afraid the only ones who would eat them? would be me and the dogs. That is a classic appetizer, goes back a long way! I have a couple classics from my mom that I am going to be working on.
