Your right Mistress M i have been to a wedding at Hamilton Island and it would have cost the groom a mozza and you cant get cheap over there for us it was $400 a night so we shared the? house with 3 workmates that was invited, I stayed there for 3 days only. And for the groom,his brother and brides party cost $3000 a week, So when you added everthing up airfares,reception,photography,hire car,church,hair dresser,church hire and everything else who knows what the final bill was and i didnt ask.

What I think I mean is, If you feel that the Father of the fiance to be would appreciate the jesture and/or he is a bit of a traditionalist and you are? ok with that. Then "...daughers hand in marriage sir" away. If you are not sure, you don't know them well enough... and the usual advice would be... get to know. And if he's a normal aussie bloke. Then... no. not so much. Let his Daughter be the first to break the news. With all the Squealy girly excitement it deserves.

My Cat died (at the age of 20, so not exactly unexpected) recently. I? am currently undergoing cat withdrawal :( now: Dude 1. How to make it work with her. Break up with her. done set match. obv. Remain friends? Depends on her. sometimes a full break up is better than reverting to friends. Especially if there's clingy angst involved. Marriage dude? If you need to ask. The answer is probably no. If you really don't know your fiance to be's father's feelings on it?... time to get a socializing.

I might be able to explain the attraction to the whole marriage thing. It doesn't have to be all that expensive stuff, the marriage thing? is a simple gesture that shows that 2 people have committed them selves to be loyal. Clearly its not for every body but for some, it's important.
